Our Services

‘In order to achieve happiness, it is imperative to gain mastery of your body.’ — J. Pilates

Pilates brings the awareness of your movements to your attention, teaches you how to stand tall and helps to prevent pains and injury. We tailor bespoke sessions based on your needs and deliver them in innovative and engaging ways.

Studio Pilates

Apparatus-based. You will receive Pilates training on the Cadillac, Chair and Reformer either to increase difficulty levels or to support you throughout each exercise. You can choose to have a 1:1 session or to  share the session with two other people on a 3:1 basis.

Mat Pilates

A series of machine-free exercises adapted to perform with your body alone or with small pieces of equipment. These sessions provide a great variety of exercises and difficulty levels, and offer a social element to classes by allowing you to form part of a group.

The Assessment lasts 60 mins and all 1-1, 2-1 and 3-1 sessions are 60 mins in duration. We also offer 30-minute 1-1 sessions.

Osteopathy is a type of manual therapy that diagnoses and treats a wide range of conditions. It emphasises the restoration of the body’s natural structure and function by encouraging its innate ability to heal itself. The osteopath uses various techniques on muscles, joints and viscera to help relieve tensions, improve mobility, enhance blood circulation and promote health.

Some of the conditions we can help you with:

  • Back pain

  • Arthritic pain

  • Sports injuries

  • Postural problems

  • Headache

  • Muscle tension

  • Fibromyalgia

  • Digestive problems

  • Inability to relax

The Assessment lasts 60 mins and follow-up sessions are 45 mins in duration.

Physiotherapy takes a scientific ‘whole person’ approach to health and wellbeing. The patient’s involvement in their own care is key, through education, awareness, empowerment and participation in their treatment. Physiotherapy helps with back pain or sudden injury, managing long-term medical conditions such as asthma and in preparing for childbirth or a sporting event.

The Assessment lasts 60 mins and follow-up sessions are either 30 mins or 60 mins in duration.

We offer Sports and Deep Tissue Massage.

Sessions are 30, 45 or 60 mins in duration.

Eleonora Sansoni
Pilates & Osteopathy

Eleonora is very passionate about her job and is a firm believer that each person is unique and should be treated as such. She seeks to identify and treat the cause of the presenting problem rather than simply focusing on relieving its symptoms.

Fiona Troup
Pilates & Physiotherapy

To Fiona, Pilates is a beautiful and innovative system of movement which can be of benefit to all. It serves both as a portal back to movement and exercise and as an extremely challenging fitness and conditioning system.

Amber Needham

Amber was first introduced to Pilates through her dance training. She found fulfilment in conditioning and learning biomechanics through the Pilates method.
