Maître of Flow (Vinyasa) 

An active and athletic style of yoga adapted from the traditional Ashtanga Yoga. Without holding each position for very long, you flow dynamically in and out of poses, linking movement to breath in dance-like gestures.

Maître of Power (Power Yoga) 

A powerful and energetic style of yoga that incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, cardio, as well as physical and mental stamina. The perfect blend of sweat and serenity.

Maître of Physique TM*

A complete body workout. These sessions tone and sculpt every major muscle group in your body. Adding weights to specific postures while moving deeper into each pose, you will increase your strength and body control.

Maître of Ashtanga 

A challenging yet orderly approach to yoga consisting of six series of specifically sequenced poses. The idea is to breathe through each pose such that you generate internal heat. You will perform and master the same poses in the exact same order in each class.

Maître of Relaxation (Restorative) 

This mellow, slow-paced style of yoga will have you holding positions for longer and will give your body a chance to tap into its parasympathetic nervous system and allow you to experience deeper relaxation. This style focuses on poses that invigorate your immune system, stretch out the aches and pains of the week and increase circulation throughout your body.

Maître of Flexibility (Yin)

A kind of yoga that flushes lactic acid, increases flexibility and prepares you mentally for life’s challenges. This style involves a deep active stretch that targets primary muscles and connective tissues around the hips, hamstrings and upper back. It will release tension, prevent injury and promote active recovery.
