MoT is a big advocate of moving effectively and Pilates is just the type of activity that will help you to achieve that.

Pilates brings the awareness of your movements to your attention, teaches you how to stand tall and helps to prevent pains and injury. It focuses on breathing, concentration and toning muscles in a natural way by combining precision, fluidity of movement and balance within your body. We tailor bespoke sessions based on your needs and deliver them in innovative and engaging ways. Each session is different to ensure that you are challenged and having fun.

Studio Pilates

Apparatus-based. You will receive Pilates training on the Cadillac, Chair and Reformer either to increase difficulty levels or to support you throughout each exercise. You can choose to have a 1:1 session or to  share the session with two other people on a 3:1 basis.

Mat Pilates

A series of machine-free exercises adapted to perform with your body alone or with small pieces of equipment. These sessions provide a great variety of exercises and difficulty levels, and offer a social element to classes by allowing you to form part of a group.
