To Fiona, Pilates is a beautiful and innovative system of movement which can be of benefit to all. It serves both as a portal back to movement and exercise and as an extremely challenging fitness and conditioning system. She blends current corrective conditioning techniques with her extensive clinical experience, whilst maintaining integrity of the Pilates Method. She teaches studio-based 3:1, 2:1 or 1:1 sessions and aims to bring individuality, precision and total care to each session.
Her approach helps you to find a state of harmony in your body to allow you to build the resilience and confidence to move more freely, seek new challenges and become stronger and fitter in the process.
